Can I try WEBCARGO first?

Yes, WEBCARGO offers a Free Trial for exactly this purpose. With this plan you are able to send files to 5 recipients every month for free. After that you may either continue to send files at a rate of $5 per recipient, or upgrade to an unlimited usage plan to send as many files as you want.

Are there any additional fees?

With WEBCARGO there are no activation or setup fees. For Individual or Team accounts, you'll be charged a pro-rata rate based on how many days are left in the month. On the 1st of the following month, you'll be charged the full monthly fee. You can cancel at any time.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Which currency will I be billed in?

WEBCARGO charges in Canadian dollars. If you live outside Canada your credit card provider will provide the conversion to your local currency automatically. Click here for current exchange rates.

Are there any long-term commitments?

We don't believe in forcing payment for unused services. If you feel that you won’t be using WEBCARGO for a few months, simply cancel at the end of the month and log back in when you need us.

If I cancel will you refund the current month's charges?

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for payments that have already been received. If you wish to cancel your account, be sure to do it before the 1st of the month so you don't get charged for an additional month.

Can I use my company credit card?

Of course! As long as the billing address you provide to us matches the billing address for your credit card, you’re good to go.

Can I get a detailed summary of all my transactions for the month?

Yes you can. Within the “Billing” section of your account, WEBCARGO keeps a detailed list of all your transactions from day one. Included are: sender and receiver information, size of delivery, time and date of delivery, and job numbers (optional).

How secure is WEBCARGO?

WEBCARGO is very secure. We use 256-bit SSL encryption—the same encryption used for institutional trading and online banking. And since WEBCARGO is web-based, files move over the network only at the request of authorized users, and only through standard network ports.
